quonstance /kwon·stuhns/ (n.) — quo, the status quo, + constancy. The practice of moving from where you're stuck, through small, repeated action.
You have the plan.
Now follow it.
Private daily accountability for busy professionals who already have a nutrition, sleep, or workout plan — but struggle to follow it consistently in real life.
The gap
Knowing is not the problem.
Follow-through is.
The gap between knowing and doing is not a willpower problem. It is an execution problem — one that opens up in real life, where travel, late calls, social meals, and low-energy evenings make the right choice harder than any plan accounts for. Quonstance lives inside that gap with you.
What Quonstance does
We sit between your plan and your real life.
- You bring the plan: nutrition, sleep, movement, or another health commitment.
- We help you execute it inside the reality of travel, stress, family, work, and imperfect weeks.
- Every slip becomes data. Every week becomes a chance to adjust. There is no restarting from zero.
This is not a meal plan, fitness program, or motivation app.
It is private follow-through support: daily accountability, weekly reflection, and small behavioral changes built around your actual patterns.
The goal is not a perfect version of you. The goal is a consistently better one — someone who keeps showing up even after imperfect days.
Most clients already invest in nutritionists, personal trainers, or health specialists. What breaks down is not the appointment — it is the 29 days between them. That is where Quonstance works.
How it works
Before day one, we map your plan, schedule, travel, routines, triggers, and known weak points. The system is built around your life — not a template.
Each evening, you send a short message: what happened, what went well, what was hard, and where you slipped. I read every one. I respond with the pattern you may not see yourself — and which often matters more than the slip itself.
Thirty minutes each week. We review your actual week — not an idealised version of it. We find what was behind the slip, not just what the slip was, and agree one small shift to carry into the week ahead.
Day 12 · Check-in
1. Adherence: Partial ⚠️
2. What went right: Breakfast and lunch on plan
3. What was hard: Client dinner — couldn't avoid the bread
4. Feeling: Frustrated
Social meals three times in two weeks. This is not about the bread — it is a pattern.
We will look at what is happening in those moments on Thursday's call.
Tomorrow, you are back on.
In practice
Two minutes from you.
A pattern you have been missing.
No lecture. No judgment. Just the one thing you may not have noticed — your pattern, reflected back while you can still do something about it.
Over 16 weeks, those observations become a precise map of what derails you, when it happens, and what the fastest recovery looks like for you specifically.
Why it works
Patterns over willpower
Most people do not fail because they lack discipline. They fail because the same situations keep repeating — unexamined and unchallenged. Daily observation makes the pattern visible. Once visible, it becomes workable.
Small changes only
Each week, we agree one shift small enough to survive your actual life. Not a transformation — one thing. Something small enough to do on your worst week is something you will do consistently. Consistency compounds.
No restart cycle
A bad meal, a bad night, a bad week — none of these are resets. They are data points. The faster you return from a slip without shame or drama, the stronger the habit underneath it becomes.
What we believe
The journey is not linear,
but it is always moving forward.
You will slip. You will have bad weeks. You will fall behind on your own plan. The work is not to avoid this — it is to make recovery automatic. To return without drama. To continue without judgment. That is what consistency actually looks like across 16 weeks.
Who this is for
Built for busy people who already know what needs to change — but need help living it consistently.
This is for people whose lives are full, demanding, and unpredictable — where the plan looks simple on paper, but execution breaks down in the real world.
Quonstance is not nutrition advice. It is execution support.
Your doctor, nutritionist, trainer, or coach gives you the plan. We help you live it — day after day, in the real world.
We do not prescribe diets, diagnose conditions, or replace medical advice.
- Busy executives whose calendars, late calls, and client dinners keep breaking routine.
- Entrepreneurs and founders accountable to everyone except themselves.
- High-performing professionals disciplined at work, inconsistent with health.
- Frequent travelers steady at home, disrupted the moment routines change.
- People with a plan from a doctor, nutritionist, trainer, or coach — but no support between appointments.
- Anyone who has failed at this before and is tired of restarting from zero.
This is not for everyone
This is not for someone looking for a quick fix, a meal plan, or motivational content. This is for someone serious enough to be observed, challenged, and supported — especially when the week does not go to plan.
Why this coaching exists
I have spent over a decade advising organizations and leaders on strategy, performance, and execution. What I kept observing — in clients, in colleagues, in my own life — was that the gap between knowing the right action and taking it consistently was the most expensive gap most people never addressed.
Quonstance is built around closing that gap. Privately, personally, and without judgment.
What changes over 16 weeks
You do not just try harder.
You learn how to come back faster.
Across 16 weeks, the goal is not perfection. It is a personal system for staying consistent through the situations that used to derail you — long enough to see patterns, test small changes, and build recovery into the routine.
Your patterns are clear.
You know exactly where, when, and why you usually slip.
Your recovery is faster.
One bad meal, night, or week no longer becomes a full restart.
Your difficult moments have protocols.
Travel, client dinners, weekends, and low-energy evenings stop being surprises.
Your habits feel smaller.
The work becomes repeatable enough to survive real life.
Your identity starts to shift.
You become someone who returns, adjusts, and keeps going.
The Program
Private, limited,
and deliberately personal.
This is intentionally kept to a very limited number of clients because the work is personal. Every check-in is read. Every pattern is tracked. Every weekly call is based on your actual week — not a template, dashboard, or automated nudge.
Behavioral patterns emerge through daily observation over time. That level of visibility is the product — and it is not possible at scale.

Ready to stop starting over
and start staying?
Every application is read personally — not screened by automation or delegated to a team. I am looking for a specific kind of person at a specific moment: someone who already has the plan, already knows what needs to change, and is ready to be supported through the doing of it. If that is you, fill in the form below. You will hear back within 48 hours.
